How do I return or exchange an item ordered via

Conditions for returning a product

You are entitled to return any product ordered via the website within a maximum period of 30 days following the date of confirmation of the order shipment (date on the invoice).

You must enclose the original invoice. 

Each product on the original invoice can only be exchanged once. 

For items received as a gift, you are only entitled to a product exchange.

Product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with their original packaging and tags attached (including the packaging materials such as dust bags, accessories, trademark signs, certifications and plastic packaging – when applicable).


Returning a product to

In order to enjoy free returns, you must return the product to us via our carrier within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of the return request being made through email at, providing the following information:
–    order number / invoice number
–    specify the reason for the return, and let us know if you want to exchange with other products or you would like a refund, and indicate the desired item in case of exchange
–    place the original invoice in your parcel; the original invoice will be sent back to you in case of exchange. 
–    seal your parcel
–    print the pre-paid shipping label received by email, and stick it over your parcel
–    print the Duty invoice received by email and hand it to the carrier


After the return

Following receipt of your product, we shall assess the product for the purposes of determining whether to accept the return and reserve the right not to accept the return at our discretion. We will notify you as to whether we have accepted the return of the product in the Acceptance notice. 

–    If you’ve asked for a refund, we will process it within 4 business days of the Acceptance notice. The refund shall be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used by the client when paying for the order. Please note that the time for your bank to issue a refund to your card will vary, depending on processing times. We have no control over this process or the corresponding processing times.
–    If you’ve asked for an exchange, our Customer Service will contact you to place an exchange order. If the amount of the product selected in replacement is less than the amount of the Product returned, we will refund the price difference, excluding any shipping charges.  If the amount of the product selected is greater than the amount of the Product returned, you will have to pay the price difference. The Delivery cost for the replacement product is free of charge.

Receiving a refund

It may take up to 14 working days.

Repeated returns

If you return the products more then two times, the third time will not be accepted.
